Antique Native American Indian Beaded Necklace with Shell Pendant 1800’s

Attributed to the Salish c1890, this handsome Native American necklace is strung on elk sinew with a brain tanned dear hide tie. The tube beads are bone with blue pony trader and white heart red beads. The centerpiece is a NW Coast shell. Please see the photo from the trader/collector for more details This is about 36” in length and fits easily over a normal to larger head. From the collection of the late Larry Lantz, who operated a museum in Montana.
