Apple IIgs Cortland?

Apple iigs case with a motherboard that looks like the Cortland motherboard. The power supply says non revenue units. I bought this on eBay several years ago. I never tried to power it up, it was more of a collectors piece. There is no provenance, I do not know where it came from so I cannot validate whether it was preproduction vs some type of early production. It is sold as is as I make no representations of its authenticity as I am not an expert, you get what’s in the photos. I never tried to power it on so I make no guarantee that it’s functional.
