works totally fine. super efficient the way it folds up and unfolds. i’m not too familiar with the logistics of its design, but it seems like a complete (2) piece (set). does not appear to me missing anything upon inspection. it’s all adjustable and can be taller / smaller upon need. this (two piece) set is chrome silver.
