Bag was used for flights with three guinea pigs. It fit nicely under the seat in front of me; perfect carry-on size. Was able to use it like a crossbody purse, and hold the bottom flat while walking through the airport. I liked being able to look down and see they were okay. Kept baggies with romaine and snacks in the zip area. The short handles made a nice area to slip a small fleece over it so the piggies didn't get stressed from all the people in the airport.
