Blue Swiss Army Knife With ATS Logo

This blue Swiss Army knife was given out as a promotional gift from a company with the initials ATS logo. Tools: long blade, short blade, combination can opener and flat small screw driver, combination bottle opener , large flat screwdriver, and wire stripper, corkscrew, drill (cutting blade and point), removable toothpick and tweezers. Probably a 1990s knife. In very good condition with expected age wear. Please see photos. Blade shows writing - Officier Suisse is French for "Swiss Officer", and is because that model is based off of the old Officer's knife that was issued in the Swiss Military. Questions are welcomed.
