This is a wonderful deluxe tactile room planner kit made by Brack Studios in Sweden! This amazing kit contains all the design components you need to expertly visualize your rooms and lay them out with tactile wood pieces in 1:50 scale. Included are two floor bases with scale grid, walls, windows, doors, stairs, kitchen modules and appliances, bathroom, storage, furniture, and more! Take each piece out to arrange however you’d like and visualize your rooms right down to your houseplants! The four component pieces and two floor bases fit in a magnet closing carrying box measuring approximately 12” x 9” x 1.5” it is missing the small ruler and one wash basin. Small imperfections on the front of the box but otherwise great condition. Excellent professional room design tool!
