Estate Vintage Nautical Style Solid Brass Telescope With A Wooden Tripod Stand

This came from a neighborhood estate sale. He had displayed it in his office near a window. Primarily used as a collectible antique desk decor for home, office or cabin. The note says that it’s an adjustable tripod stand, focus is adjusted by rotating the threaded section near eyepiece. Please see all pictures. You can see how tall the stand is and was told it can extend to 12 inches. I have never used it, clean it or tried extending the stand to full height. I think it’s a beautiful piece and would make a great addition to anyone collection or a wonderful gift.
