The complete Germany Plus pre-printed text for the years 2002 - 2004 is contained in a dark blue ring binder in a classic design and a matching slipcase with the inscription "Deutschland plus" from Deutsche Post AG (the albums are intended for the sheet stamps and blocks, not for the self-adhesive stamps ).
