Roots and Thorns - mixed media artist book 4x5 inches This is a handmade book made with plant dyed papers, slow sew work, original painting and drawings. It looks very old, intentionally, like an ancient grimoire. All of the artwork inside -including the small ACEO on the front-is mine with exception to a couple pieces of antique ephemera from my personal collection. Its one of a kind. the roots and thorns theme runs throughout the book on each spread and expressed in different interesting ways.
