Vector VEC135 Tough Brite Storm Tracker with AM/FM & Black and White TV Untested

The wind feature to make work and charge works fine. It does gain power and radio works. I have not used the TV or the other functions as it just sits in my garage. So though I have wound it to hear it, I am still marking it as untested.
