Unit is being sold as is, not fully tested. Without unit being hooked up, it was power tested and low signal & OSC #1 light goes on. Fault light probably on because of it not being fully connected however we are NOT experts. Comes exactly as shown, see pictures. Once again, unit is being sold as is, assuming for parts or repair, sale is final. Serial # VC6572.
