Vintage Commodore VIC 20 Audio Video Adapter RF Modulator, Pre-Owned

This vintage 5 pin Audio Video (AV) Radio Frequency (RF) Modulator for the Commodore VIC-20 is pre-owned, is in great physical condition (please see pictures), and is being sold As-Is. This modulator has a switch to select either Channel 3 or 4 when connected to a TV. This module was last used approx 2008(?) and worked fine then; however, I have no means to verify its current functionality.
