vintage cradle handmade with dovetailed corners.

Vintage wooden cradle is handmade with dovetailed corners. The sides are of single full width 13” pine boards. The cradle is all pine except for the hardwood rockers which share a mortise and tenon stretcher. This is undated but appears to be about 100 years old as the bottom is attached with square cut nails and there are four crude steel screws holding the rockers in place. There is evidence of the two ends having been reworked with some wood added to the upper curves. The piece is 36” long, 22” high, and 24” wide. There appears to be no finish but for no charge a coat of raw linseed oil ca be applied.
