Here is a used 80s-era mountain bike quill stem made in Taiwan by H.L. (Hsin Lung). 80mm length and 25 degree rise. The quill is steel and the stem head is aluminum alloy with 2-bolt clamp. Has cable routing hole for cantilever brake cable.
