Vintage prowling lion plaster sculpture statue

Statuette is a similar replication cast of a bronze piece by celebrated French animalier sculptor, Isidore-Jules Bonheur (1827-1901) titled “Lion L’Affût” or “Lion on the Lookout.". He is full of wonderful detail in his main and muscles, really bringing his fierce lion prowess to the work of art.
