Vintage Tattoo Bears 8 Inch Plush Outfit New Year 2000 Baby Outfit Sealed

This is a sealed stuffed animal bear outfit for the now out of business Tattoo Bears line. From Visions by Frieder it's a New Year 2000 baby diaper outfit with sash. Outfit is meant to fit an 8 inch bear plush but it does state that it doesn't fit all 8 inch bears. Outfit is sealed however the plastic packaging and cardboard is in rough condition and there is some all over wear to it probably from storage. I've listed multiple up close pictures for reference.
